EVee Buddy – Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing in-app top-ups, coin balances, charging session settlements, and hardware equipment purchases within the EVee Buddy mobile application ecosystem.

1. EV Charging Segment & In-App Coins

1.1 Purchase of In-App Coins (Non-Refundable)
All recharges, wallet top-ups, and payments made via the EVee Buddy mobile application (using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other digital payment methods) are used exclusively to purchase digital credits designated as EVee Buddy Coins.Upon successful payment, the amount is immediately converted into EVee Buddy Coins and credited to the user’s in-app balance.No Cash Refunds: Users are explicitly purchasing digital utility coins for charging access. Therefore, purchased coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn or converted back into cash or bank balances.

1.2 Coin Redemption via EVee Buddy App
EVee Buddy Coins can be redeemed exclusively through the EVee Buddy mobile application to initiate, run, and settle EV charging sessions at all EVee Buddy charging stations and associated partner network stations.In-app coins do not expire unless explicitly stated under designated promotional credits or limited-period campaign bonuses.

1.3 Session Interruptions & Failed Deductions
If a charging session initiated via the app fails, disconnects prematurely, or encounters a station technical fault:Any unconsumed coins debited for that session are restored directly to the user’s in-app EVee Buddy Coin balance.No direct cash or bank refunds will be issued for interrupted charging sessions.If a fiat payment is deducted via the payment gateway but fails to credit as coins in the EVee Buddy app due to a network or banking drop, the payment gateway reconciliation will automatically reverse the transaction to the original payment source as per banking timelines (typically 5–7 business days).

2. Hardware Purchases & Equipment Sales

2.1 OEM Warranty and Refund Policy Applicability
All physical charging hardware, EVSE units, cables, connectors, and related components purchased through EVee Buddy are subject strictly to the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty, return, and refund policies.EVee Buddy acts as an authorized channel/distributor; any eligibility for repairs, replacements, component warranties, or hardware returns is determined by the OEM’s inspection and policy guidelines.

2.2 Hardware Non-Refundable Terms
Once hardware orders are confirmed, dispatched, or handed over for site deployment, direct cash cancellations are not permitted.Units subjected to improper external electrical connections, voltage surges outside standard operating thresholds, physical damage, or unauthorized technical tampering are strictly ineligible for returns or warranty claims under OEM terms.
